How Do I Order Your Products?

This does happen as at times it is a limited time product. Sometimes Tatiana does take it off the market for a period of time and it may come back. You can keep checking or email [email protected] to find out if and when it will come back.

What Are Your Customer Service Hours?

We currently service our customers through email only. We answer emails Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We answer emails within 24-48 hours. We are closed the day before, during and after every major holiday which are:

  3. Easter
  4. Memorial Day
  5. Independence Day
  6. Labor Day
  7. Thanksgiving Day

Who Do We Ship To?

We ship all over the world!!! We use USPS to ship our packages. For shipping prices on physical products, visit the check out page of that product. Be sure to choose the right option for where you are located.r shipping cost on return shipping.

When Can I Expect My Shipment To Arrive?

For physical products, all products are expected to arrive 3-4 shipping days after it is shipped. For international orders it can take anywhere from 6 -20 shipping days depending on where you are. Pay attention to the ship date for each product on the product shop page. Once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam mail as some mail notifications can land there. If you have gmail, also be sure to check your promotions and social tabs as our emails can land there as well.


Please note that we are not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. Once it’s been shipped, it is no longer in our hands.


For digital products, once your order goes through you have direct access to your product. An email is sent out immediately after purchase to your email (be sure to check your spam folder, promotions and social tabs if you do not see the email in your inbox).

Wrong Address. I Accidentally Gave You The Wrong Address.... What Now?

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

During the order process, we ask that you make sure that you provide the right shipping address.

If you pay through Paypal: We ship to the address that is on your Paypal ship to file. Once it is shipped we are no longer responsible to where it goes as we ONLY ship to the address YOU provided to Paypal on file. We will NOT ship out again unless the product is returned to us.

If you pay with our online merchant: Whatever address you enter in is what we ship to. If it is an incomplete shipping address you will be notified by us to provide us with a complete valid shipping address.

If you product is returned to us for any reason due to a wrong address, we will notify you. If you will like us to ship out your product again, you will have to pay for your own shipping fee again.

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

What Is Your Return Policy For Domestic Physical Products?

Each product has a different return policy (some vary from 5 days to 30 days). Visit the product shopping page description for more on the hassle free return.


Our Refund Policy To Return Your Physical Item:

  1. Your item must be returned in its original condition. If it is a book, the pages and cover must not be bent or folded. Your item needs to be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. You must notify us of a return by contacting [email protected]. We only accept returns on packages that we expect in advance.
  3.  We DO NOT pay for the shipment of the book back to us. That is a cost that you will have to cover.
  4.  We highly suggest you get tracking as we are NOT responsible for packages we do not receive.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your refund is approve, we will issue out a refund to your original form of payment. We CANNOT issue a refund to you outside of the original way you made the payment. You will receive the credit within the amount of days defined by your cards issuer’s policies.


ALL PHYSICAL PRODUCT REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED MINUS THE SHIPPING FEE.

We are not responsible for shipping cost on return shipping.

What Is Your Return Policy For International Physical Product Orders?

All international sales are final: NO refunds, no exchanges.

How Do I Get A Refund For My Digital Product?

Each digital product has it’s own hassle free money day back guarantee that can range from 5 days to 30 days. Please refer back to the product shopping description page to read about the its return policy.

To Receive A Refund For Your Product:

  1. You MUST notify us by email at [email protected] that you would like a refund before the last day of the money back guarantee. You will know if we receive your request because you will receive an email from us acknowledging your refund request. If you do not receive an email from us within 24-48 hours acknowledging your email for your request (please also check your spam folder, as well as social and promotions tabs in gmail if you did not receive our emails), then we did not get your request and a refund WILL NOT be issued.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam folder and your promotion and social tabs if you do not see an email in your inbox. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Placed?

After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says “Order Confirmation.” Your email may have filtered into your spam folder.

How Do I Access My Ebooks & Other Digital Products?

To access your digital products, please refer to the email that was sent to you immediately after purchase. If you did not receive the email, please reach out to us by emailing [email protected] and we will send you the email. Please be sure to check your spam folder. I've Just Placed My Order, Can I Change It?

We prepare your order for shipment quickly it is placed. This quick turnaround time makes it very difficult to change or cancel your order but please contact us by emailing us at [email protected] within four hours of placing your order and we will try our best.

How Do I Set Up My Membership Account?

Simply click on the link in the email that was provided to you immediately after purchase. From there enter in the email address you used to purchase the product and create a password. Once you have created that, you will be able to access all the materials you purchased.

Will I Receive The Book via Email Or Mail? It Wasn't Clear After My Purchase.

If you purchased a physical product, you will receive it by mail. You would have had to enter in your shipping address (not just your billing address when you ordered).

If you purchased a digital product, you will receive an email immediately after purchase stating how to access your product. You will not be asked during the check out process for a shipping address. You would only enter in your billing address.
